Summary: This paper explores the relationship between organizational learning practices and the learning organization based on a literature review. A conceptual framework is provided to analyze the relationship. When organizational learning processes are fulfilled, the organization has more opportunities to approach becoming a learning organization. The study found that there is a need for greater comprehension of organizational learning practices that, in turn, contributes to a better theoretical implementation of becoming a learning organization.
