Jean Reynolds (nursing assistant) and Mary Venittelli (waitress) of New Jersey, Jerry Longoria (security guard) of San Francisco, and Barbara Brooks (student and single mother) of Freeport, N.Y. relate their dreams, frustrations, and accomplishments.
